Amora Hair & Beauty NZ – Online Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid phone number and/or email address must be provided for booking confirmation. Some specialised services (such as Nanoplasty, Qiqi Smoothing, Colour Correction, or Advanced Facials) may require a consultation before the appointment. No deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in being restricted from making future bookings. We value your time and ours — timely cancellations allow us to offer your slot to another client.

3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Depending on availability, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. Repeated late arrivals may affect future booking privileges.

4. Payments Payment is required in full at the end of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, and cash. Afterpay or Laybuy may be available for selected services.

5. Service Satisfaction If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days so we can assist you. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but reasonable corrections may be offered.

6. Health & Safety Please inform your stylist or therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service. Amora Hair & Beauty NZ reserves the right to decline a service if it may cause harm or is unsuitable.

7. Salon Rights Amora Hair & Beauty NZ reserves the right to: Refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately. Adjust prices or modify services at any time. Update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
